By using this website or purchasing from Velora Living, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Products & Information

We make every effort to display our products accurately. Images are for illustration; actual colours, fabrics and finishes may vary slightly. Specifications may be updated without notice.

2. Pricing & Quotations

Prices are provided on request and are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED). Quotations are valid for the period stated at the time of issue.

3. Orders

An order is confirmed once we have agreed the product, size, price and delivery details with you. Custom-size mattresses are made to order and may require an advance payment.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and will be confirmed when you order. Please make sure the delivery address is accessible and that someone is available to receive the order.

5. Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene reasons, used mattresses cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Custom-size products are non-returnable. Any item found to be damaged on delivery should be reported to us within 48 hours.

6. Warranty

Products are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects as confirmed at the time of purchase. The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, stains, improper support base or physical damage.

7. Intellectual Property

The Velora Living name, logo and website content are the property of Velora Living and may not be used without permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates.
